About this clinic

At our new O'Fallon location, we provide Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, as well as OB and Pediatric services to patients in partnership with St. Louis University Family Medicine Residency Program and St. Elizabeth's Hospital. We are conveniently located inside St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Our partnership with St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, St. Louis University School of Medicine and Scott Air Force Base enables us to serve and provide clinical care for patients of all ages, including the military community. We take pride in our very diverse and unique clinic, as well as our full spectrum of medical care. A staple of the community we serve, our clinic provides a full spectrum of medical care. When patients walk through our doors, they can rest assured that they have a team of healthcare advocates on their side.
