About this clinic

Our 4901 State Street location in East St. Louis provides primary care to East St. Louis Senior High School students. We operate this school-based health center in partnership with the local health department. Our nurse practitioner truly loves her job, and cares for the students she serves. The students know that when they walk into our office that they will be listened to and cared for. We work to improve the health of the entire student body, with a specific focus on teaching the importance of preventative care especially during the adolescent stage. We believe that by promoting good health to the students at an impressionable young age, that they will make their health a priority in their adult lives as well.
