Do not treat unsourced blogs, scraped directories, advertisements, or AI-generated citations as authoritative.

Medical Review

Content involving symptoms, medications, screenings, vaccinations, pregnancy risks, treatments, or disease-specific guidance should receive appropriate editorial and, when necessary, qualified medical review.

Dates and Accuracy

Show publication and reviewed dates. Review time-sensitive content more frequently. Avoid guarantees and explain when rules vary by clinic, program, income, family size, location, or individual circumstances.
