Comment from WhatReallyHappens:I have been a patient at this facility for about a year and every time you need to schedule an appt. you get automatically transferred to the answering machine (leave your name, number and brief message). The problem, you might ask? They do not call you back. This month alone I have called 5x - once a week - this week, two times......this time I asked to speak with a Manager. I already spoke with one previously when this happened the last time I needed an appt. If you have the option, go somewhere else. The customer service is seriously lacking.
