Comment from Jorge R.: Patient Abandonment. The clinic closed without notice. I was unable to get my bloodwork results from them until over a month later after my wife threatened legal action. We were given incorrect contact information via text to get paperwork, which ended up flooding another unrelated clinics mailbox with patents calling with questions and asking for documents and refills. Us patients were NEVER told why the clinic closed, and so suddenly.Comment from Savannah R.: Do not go here. They aren't open right now anyway. The clinic closed without notice, leaving us patients high and dry. Since the clinic covers Doctors visits, Psychiatry, and dental services, us patients were left without any of those services and with no explanation. I was seeing Dr. Montez for Psychiatric Care. I was given 30 days of my medication when the clinic closed and the relationship ended. Its textbook Patient Abandonment. My husband also lost care from his PCP there and was unable to get his bloodwork results from them until over a month later after I threatened legal action.
