Offering medical and counseling services, the health center is your patient centered medical home serving babies to retirees and everyone in between. Our medical services are comprehensive and include physicals, well child exams, chronic disease management, immunizations, nutrition support and more. Our expert and friendly providers and staff are passionate about the community and those who work and play in it. Eaton Community Health Center is welcoming new patients, all ages and most insurances including Medicaid, Healthy Michigan, uninsured and other insurances. A reduced sliding fee payment scale is available for all services for those without insurance.
