Comment from Elizabeth Fulgencio: Hi, I was wondering if you can tell me what the main office for the pillars Community Health center was? A woman from the Lagrange office said it was in Melrose Park but I’m not 100% where it is. I just wanted to go over there to apply for medical card and for SNAP!
