About this clinic

Community Healthcare Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that has multiple medical providers who offer medical care in the fields of pediatrics, obstetrics, family medicine and dentistry. Behavioral health services are offered in recognition of the connection between a healthy mind and body.
