Comment from Sandra:I called this morning trying to help my son who has a hole in his tooth. He has no income and is staying with me trying to find a job at the present time. I am on disability and have no money. They would not work with me to get him in and out of pain. Basically, 100.00 or forget it. I said I had been there before and yall had worked with me before and the woman Ledi or whoever said well "Things change". Thanks a lot for nothing.

Hasta el dia de hoy 11-03-2014 fui paciente de la clinica de kyle.soy una persona con disabilidad por 5 anos y he sido paciente de ellos por tres anos. El dia 27 de octubre fui a una consulta .el Dr.me atendio. Le comente mi problema que es vertigo.pero lo mas interesante del caso es q no me reviso mis oidos para saber q tan grave era mi problema y me mando la prescripcion a mi farmacia.y pague mi consulta.hasta ahora la medicina no me a funcionado y tengo dos dias llamando por telefono a las asistentes para q le avisen a mi doctor q la medicina no me a funcionado y que mis sintomas an empeorado y la primera persona q me contesto me dijo q tenia un espacio a las tres de la tarde para volver a ver al medico.( esto fue 6 dias despues d mi consulta 11-03-14 )y le pregunto yo a la senorita. Me vas a cobrar por la consultade nuevo y me contesto q si. Y yo le conteste.yo ya pague por la consulta y no me funciono como es posible q tenga yo que pagar de nuevo por algo que me receto el doctor y no funciono. La senorita me dijo.a hoy antes de cerrar el consultorio la enfermera lo va a llamar por telefono.pues paso el dia y no me llamo. Al dia siguiente por la manana vuelvo a marcarles por telefono y me contesta otra persona ala cual le volvi a explicar mi caso y me dijo: (las llamadas se regresan dentro de 48 hrs.) Y yo dije O Dios mio y yo con este maldito dolor q sentia que me ivan a reventar mis timpanos.y ya paso todo el dia de hoy y hasta ahorita no me han regresado las llamadas.
